These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Big 2 Adventure mobile game (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking cosmetic items. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Virtual items and unlocks have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We do not separately process payments or issue refunds.
The App is supported by advertising provided by third parties, including Google AdMob. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how advertising and related data are handled.
The App, including its design, graphics, characters, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
